Improvising in Primary Music

This webinar by Music Education Solutions, will be led by expert teacher, performer and composer Kay Charlton, drawing on her research into improvisation, and her experience as a performer and composer across a diverse range of improvisatory styles including Indian Classical Music and Jazz. The webinar is designed to give you lots of ideas for using improvising in your primary music lessons, and how to develop the skill of improvising progressively over time.

These 1.5 hour webinars cover some of the hot topics in primary music teaching! Their webinars offer a research-informed approach to primary music CPD, drawing on both the academic research and practical teaching experience of their team. You won't find anything quite like them anywhere else! Delivered by Zoom, they are limited to just 12 participants to allow lots of time for discussion and questions.
