Karl Pupé is a qualified classroom teacher with over eight years’ experience across the primary, secondary and further education sectors. Specialising in Behaviour Management, he worked as a Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEETs) coordinator teaching students with severe Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Karl has worked with some of the toughest students that London has to offer including gang members, youth offenders and students with severe Special Education Needs (SEN) and has come up with practical and effective solutions to help teachers create a learning environment that everyone can thrive in. He recently released his book “The Action Hero: Classroom Management Made Simple” to equip all teachers with the tools to take back control of their classrooms and has distilled his best practices into this course.
