In order for us to plan and deliver gold standard services for all ISM members, memberships are taken out on an annual basis regardless of payment method (Direct Debit, credit/debit card) or frequency (annual/monthly). This means subscriptions can only be cancelled at the point of renewal.

If you wish to cancel, you are strongly encouraged to contact our membership team before cancelling your Direct Debit to discuss your situation.

We are always happy to discuss flexible payments plans to ensure members do not have to cancel due to increased financial pressures.

We require at least one calendar months' written notice in advance of your renewal date of your wish to cancel. Please see our membership terms and conditions for further information.
