Digital & Insights Manager
Kirsten joined the ISM in 2016, having previously worked at Arts Professional, the UK's arts management journal, and on digital reading projects at RNIB. At the ISM, Kirsten has worked in our membership and marketing teams. She currently manages the ISM and ISM Trust websites, and supports the creation of digital resources, like Indian Takeaway. She also works on gathering data to improve our services by managing our membership surveys.
Outside of the ISM, Kirsten is an amateur singer and is a fan of choral, jazz, country and pop music.
