Free Style Composition Competition

The Alvarez Chamber Orchestra is inviting composers to submit compositions to its Free Style Competition. There is no specification as to the length or nature of the work and there is no restriction on the number of works submitted by each composer. There will be a prize of £1,000 for the winning work and a performance by the Alvarez Chamber Orchestra during the 2011-12 season. Cost: £25 per work. Closing date for applications: 21 September 2010.
