Booking your place
Bookings and payments can be made in two different ways:
By post - download and complete the booking form (PDF) and send back to ISM with your cheque or bank details
By phone - call us on 020 7629 4413
The booking deadline was Friday 16 March. We may, however, be able to accept later bookings - please give us a call on 020 7629 4413.
If you wish to cancel or alter your booking, please contact Kim Davenport Gee by email or telephone 020 7629 4413. Refunds of 80% can be made on bookings cancelled before
16 March 2012. No refunds can be made after that date.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the conference fee and should be booked separately.
